Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice on Customized Services: SongBanalo provides custom-made, on-demand personalized songs crafted specifically to individual customer prompts and memories. Under standard consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, personalized and customized digital goods are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once generated.

1. Nature of Customized Services (Strict No Returns)

Every song created on SongBanalo is an individualized, one-of-a-kind digital composition tailored to the specific recipient name, personal relationship, memories, and vocal preferences provided by the customer.

Because these products are individually customized and cannot be restocked, resold, or reallocated to another user, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed.

2. No Cancellation After Order Submission

Upon payment confirmation, our automated cloud infrastructure immediately initiates lyric composition and audio rendering on specialized GPUs. Because computational and creative resources are consumed instantly, cancellations or order modifications are not permitted once generation begins.

3. Pre-Purchase Quality Measures

To ensure buyers are confident in their order before completing payment, SongBanalo provides:

  • Free Name Pronunciation Audio Preview: An interactive tool on Step 1 that allows you to hear and fine-tune how the recipient's name will be articulated prior to purchasing.
  • Dual Studio Variations (Take A & Take B): Every completed order includes two distinct musical takes rendered by our AI engine, giving you alternative vocal melodies to choose from at no extra charge.

4. Limited Technical Exceptions

Refunds are strictly not provided for subjective reasons, including dissatisfaction with creative interpretation, artistic style, tempo, or user-supplied details. A refund will only be evaluated under the following exceptional technical circumstances:

  • Total Non-Delivery: If a technical server failure prevents our platform from generating or delivering your audio file within 24 hours of payment.
  • Duplicate Gateway Charge: If an inadvertent duplicate payment occurs for the identical order ID due to payment gateway network timeout, the duplicate transaction will be refunded automatically.

5. Resolution & Inquiries

If you encounter an issue accessing or playing your completed song link, please contact our support team at support@songbanalo.com with your Order ID. We are committed to ensuring your audio file plays smoothly and correctly.
